Collaborative Practice is an Alternative Dispute Resolution technique that prioritizes dialogue and collaboration to resolve family crisis situations fairly and equitably.

The guest of our WOLEP Talk today is Nadia Mesa Del Castillo, a remarkable lawyer from Madrid who specializes in Family Law. While the pandemic has presented challenges for many, it has also allowed her to explore new ways of approaching disputes with clients. One such method is Collaborative Practice, an Alternative Dispute Resolution technique that she has become a convert to after discovering surprising benefits for both herself and her clients.
