From  2012 the main activity of my law firm is "out of the Courts" and is directed straight to the small and mid commercial companies (see the european definition of those), as a permanent support inside the very complex world of  (especially) italian (but also Euroean) burocracy. All of this, obviously, to reduce at maximum the most of the court issues. The Courts activity, instead, is directed to the civil and priva law cases, particularly concerning the "family & parents" responsability, the ealthy care and more generally the contractor one. Today I`m also officially one of the Civil and Comemrcial Mediators. Finally, also thanks to the cohoperation with some of my Colligues - from USA, Tunisia, Belgium and Ukraina - my activity is moving out of Italy in the direction of the International law cases.
